- Failure to make payment within 14 days from invoice date (which is considered job completion) will result in an immediate 5% penalty added to the total outstanding.
- A 10 % penalty will be added to the total outstanding per month from invoice date, and any debt collection costs will be added to the ‘penalized’ total outstanding.
- Payment can be made by cash, eftpos, electronic funds transfer or credit card. Cheques will not be accepted without prior arrangement.

- Goods supplied remain property of the Boat Place Tga LTD until payment is made in full.
- Parts for credit must be returned within 7 days.
- Specially ordered parts are non-returnable.
- All property is stored at owner’s risk
- Boat or outboards left or stored without prior arrangement with The Boat Place LTD are considered to be stored unsecured.
